Update Covid-19 November

We all still have to deal with the consequences of the Corona pandemic and presently in many countries the virus revives. On the other hand we are increasingly hearing that airlines can adapt more and more to the new situation regarding the Corona pandemic. For example we recently learned airlines are testing on the possibility of Corona quick tests at airports. Also there is positive news on the production of vaccines. It looks like they are moving forward. Still we need to be patient and comply with all the measures taken to fight this virus. It is what it is.
Worldwide there is less air travel but mainly this counts for tourist travel. Of course, you as a Missionary have a necessary goal to travel and will need to fly sooner or later to/from your Mission field.
Most likely flights will now operate more and more according to schedule so it is relatively safe to make bookings for 2021.
Also we noted special prices will be more available if you still book this year. We cannot predict what will be the case next year or if you book closer to departure.

As the situation is not the same all over the world, contact us and tell us your plans and we can give you tailor-made proposals or advice to still wait for a bit longer or not. It will depend on your needs for travel origin – destination.

If airlines change or cancel their flights closer to departure due to Corona it can usually be done without cost. This can be a hassle for you and we will give you a helping hand for what ever need you have even if it means you wish other airlines or if you have other requirements at that time. We will assist you and take this burden from you. We will help you with this process.

It is an extra bonus if you book tickets based on Missionary fares. This way you have flexible conditons on your own terms and most of the time more luggage allowance too. 

You do not need to have a reason for cancelling. If you want to cancel (up to 3 working days before departure) you can cancel free of charges and receive a full refund.

Kindly note for other airlines offering Missionary fares, the cost is also low for cancellation (about $ 100-$200). The risk of financial loss is therefore low compared to the benefit of booking low priced tickets early.
