Step-by-step procedure

I: Please provide us with your desired location for departure (1), your desired location for arrival (2), desired travelling dates (3) and the flexibility you have with regards to the travelling dates (4). Do tell us any other specifications (5) which are of importance for your travel (e.g. extended luggage allowance, stop-overs, meals).

Go to the fare request form and inform us of your travel plans

II: Based on the information you have provided us with, we will send you an email, within one working day, with the best possible flight offers in terms of price and convenience, in line with your interests.

III: We will await an answer from you on the offer. We hope to be of assistance to you, and if you accept the offer, we will need some extra information from you (such as your full name in your passport and your date of birth). If you wish to make alterations to your initial price request, please do not hesitate to ask us to check for different air travel itineraries again!

IV: When you accept the final offer for SIAMA flight tickets, you will receive an invoice and payment instructions accordingly.

Do note: we quote you prices inclusive of tax and charge no reservation fees! 

V: Once we have received your payment, we will send you the flight ticket(s) by email.

We accept various payment options, like bank transfer and credit card. We also offer the pament option Wise. For more information see How to send money internationally

Usually, when you have to add luggage, pay the booking fee and other hidden costs, fares will be approximately the same everywhere. Especially when you expect to make a change in due time, remember to check the conditions
